Parking
Parking is available at the marina for yacht owners and their guests, crew, visitors and contractors within the new car park building. Few marina facilities in Sydney offer such premium parking and so close to your yacht. Yacht owners and Captains enjoy the privilege of a 24/7 reserved undercover parking space as part of their permanent berthing agreement. Monthly arrangements can be offered to crew at a discounted rate. Guests and contractors can enter the car park and pay an hourly or day rate prior to exit.
Storage
Within the car park building there are 30 storage cages, each offering approximately 13 square meters of storage space. Storage agreements are offered on a monthly basis or on a permanent basis as part of your berthing agreement. Terms and conditions of use and separate charges apply.
Loading Zones
Truck access along the foreshore can be organised and the marina offers truck loading zones close to the marina gates. We also offer a forklift service to assist with loading and unloading of bulky and heavy items.
Customs and Immigration, First Point Of Entry (FPOE) and Bio Security
Customs and immigration services are available to all of our international yachts through Major Yacht Services Australia.
Australia has strict biosecurity controls to help minimise the risk of pests and diseases entering the country. The Sydney Superyacht Marina is an accredited First Point of Entry facility. This means that we have the appropriate facilities and personnel to manage the biosecurity risk. Similarly to arriving at an airport, all yacht crew must declare certain food, plant materials and animal products during the inspection by Borderforce officers. The Marina has Bio Security waste disposal arrangements in place.
Fuel
Our concierge can arrange Diesel Fuel bunkering directly from the truck (or barge) to your vessel. Diesel Fuel bunkering requires prior approval from the Marina Office. Marina Attendants are require to be present at every delivery to ensure that safety procedures are implemented. Terms and conditions and a charge/per litre apply. Fuel deliveries by truck are available at selected berths only.
Major Yacht Services, our on-site Superyacht Agent can assist you to obtain competitive quotes for larger quantities, with deliveries not only at the Sydney Superyacht Marina, but within any part of Australian waters.
Power and Water
The marina offers a range of shore power connections, most commonly from 32Amp-3phase, 63Amp-3phase, and 125Amp-3phase through to 250Amp-3phase.
Town water is available at each berth.
